holiday day camp
The Holiday Day Camp allows parents to continue their daily schedule uninterrupted when schools have Holidays & Observances. This camp combines baseball / softball instruction & practice with a series of supervised organized activities and games including dodge ball, kickball, and physical conditioning (plus many more) to increase exercise, confidence, skill, fun, teamwork, self-esteem and friendships.

Spring break baseball & softball camp
SABA's 5-Day SPRING BREAK CAMP is offering its unique 360-Degree Training Program that combines Skills, Physical and Mental Fitness. This program is designed to help every player maximize their playing potential by utilizing all the skills necessary to become a complete well-rounded ball players. Coaches focus on proper mechanics and techniques to either build a strong foundation & enhance skills to the next level. This is a great program to help elevate your game for the Season.

Summer day camp
This program was designed by kids and parents to meet both parties' needs and desires. The Summer Day Camp will be managed, supervised and instructed by fathers who are former professional athletes. The Day Camp Program combines baseball / softball instruction & practice, physical conditioning, and a series of supervised organized activities and games including dodge ball, kickball (plus many more) to increase exercise, confidence, skill, fun, teamwork, self-esteem and friendships.

beginner softball pitching program
SABA's Beginner Softball Pitching Program is designed to work on pitching skills for girls of all ages interested in learning the fundamentals of pitching. All pitchers must provide their own adult catchers (Catcher can be a parent). Each player receives 4 total hours of intense instruction and many drills.

Physical conditioning program
This unique physical conditioning program focuses on plyometrics, strength conditioning, cardiovascular and muscle endurance, flexibility, and core fitness drills that increase speed, agility, explosiveness and power. This program is used by professional athletes to train in the off-season. This conditioning program is suitable for all ages and body types! Go at your own pace and notice immediate results.

If your team prefers a consistent practice schedule, just call us to arrange. Prepay at the 1st of the month for days, times, and number of lanes you'd like to reserve. Your selection will be locked in on an ongoing basis, until your team no longer requires a set schedule.
